This was my first desert tower climb so no matter how manufactured the holds were, it was still fun. I found the dihedral on P3 pretty attention getting since the biggest piece we had was #3:) the rest was just mellow fun climbing all the way to the top where one is rewarded with awesome views...
Seconded P1
Lead all the technical pitches

After climbing this route I have a feeling that Otto had a pretty keen sense of humor and adventure. Just a hunch. Fun route.

This is near my home town. It is fun. I enjoy 4th class
"Otto Ferrata" scrambles like the route was intended to be.

Fun route, exciting at the top, interesting history - an enjoyable but quick climb. Climbed with Joe Bullough.

I almost feel guilty signing this, after all my rope hanging and piton grabbing. But, I stood on top... Climbed with Brian on a very nice cool and sunny morning. Fun climb, with some interesting history behind it.

Climbed this once with my brother Mike and another time with my brother Mark. The first time we arrived late and decided to just hike over and take a look from the base. We ended up back at the car in three and a half hours with the route under out belts. Needless to say it goes fast. I agree with rpc that it's more of a grade II.

See my Love Affair With The Desert TR. Pretty nice route. Probably more a grade II than III for most (half day assuming no traffic jams).
