| Started in the morning from Korita towards Kamesnica peak, highest summit on the Croatian side of the mountain. Our constant companion was very powerful bura wind. Lost one of the gloves on the ascent. At altitude of 1606 m we decided to turn around adue to severe visibility drop and wait for a day with better weather conditions. | |

| Arrival to Donja Korita hut day before. Ascent via spring in Gornja Korita and then over Kruge to Konj; return over Kamesnica and unmarked, pathless descent back to spring in Gornja Korita. Extraordinary mountain with few visitors. Unstable weather has partially disturbed views, especially from Kamesnica peak. Have to return at better weather conditions! | |
