| Had a perfect day climbing the two ferrate towards Sasso Alto and later returning via the easy part of Sentiero delle Palete. Unfortunately we didn't make the summit since I heavily banged my knee in one of the climbing sections between Cima Flavona and Sasso Alto. After the lunchbreak just some 100m below the summit I couldn't move the knee anymore. We decided to descend and - of course - the knee got better while moving. |
