| Climbed with my wife on Valentines Day. Several other parties on the trail. It is pretty easy to get a bit off route on this one. Many, many entries in the register at top, mostly from the Phoenix area. Someone should put some xeroxed AZ COHP lists in the mailbox - folks who can climb this one can probably handle that list. | |

| Climbed Picketpost from the standard trail route. A bit over-ducked, with spraypainted targets about every 10 feet. Full-size mailbox for the summit register, apparently previously owned by a local resident. | ||

| Hiked this one with Whereveriroam from Arizonahikers.com. Flowers were starting to be in bloom and the desert was green. Very beautiful hike. Sprinkeled on us a few times as well. A wonderful view of the Superstition Mountains from the summit. | |
