| i came extremely close to the summit--a wonderful climb on one of my favorite mountains in glacier park, despite falling short. upon discussing my route with a veteran gnp climber i discovered exactly where i went wrong (aside from wearing lousy boots that gave me blood blisters!). it was a beautiful day during a wonderful summer, and i had the mountain entirely to myself. can't wait to give it another shot! | |

| Climbed alone and had the mountain all to myself which i think is rare in GNP, had a blast, but the knees would think otherwise. Solid day. | |

| Climbed with my Dad. This was a long hike but it certainly revealed spectacular views on the park. Fortunately we managed to avoid the grizzlies and come back in one piece. | |

| A very long day climb with spectacular views in perfect weather. Climbed with Fred Spicker and bill Bishop. A friendly mountain goat at the lookout was another highlight. | |

| Climbed with Moni Spicker and Bill Bishop on an exceptional clear, crisp late fall day. A bit of new snow hanging on in shaded areas and a beautiful mountain goat with his new clean full winter coat. A great last climb of the season. | |
