| Bad weather and very cold..Long ascent from the beautifull bivacco Farello. Lots of snow on the summit ridge. Nice tour (if the weather is better). | |

| A strange day. The clouds were kissing just the top of mountains over 3800 meters and there ws a very nice view allaround to the Vallis and Oberland. It was cold, and the snow was very hard but covered by 5 cm f poweder, very slippery. We had to use the rampants for the all way up and over 2600m there was not clear path. about 50 meters above the breithornpass we should take off the ski and then wear crampons: NO SNOW AT ALL, just wonderfull glassy ice! Too much morrain epxosed witout snow on the alpjengletscher: we got to load the skies over our shoulders twice again. The final ridge it is easy but a bit exposed. Unfortunalty when we belonged the final part, the fog wrapped us! Long, intensive but nice Valerio and Giacomo | |

| a very nice and almost lonely trip through a superb landscape. But it is a very long walk and the final ridge may be easier in winter time when covered with snow | |

| With snow shoes I reached the summit of Monte Leone from Simplon Pass. The way is very good and the panorama is fantastic! | ||

| Great ski , low danger of advalanches , meteo perfect. Coming back from M.Leone to Simplonpass , we climbed also Breithorn making almost 1800m. vert. drop. | |
