| This is a great climb; the first time I didn’t quite make the real summit (there is a false summit just a few feet shorter about 100 ft SE with a, sometimes steep, snow bank between). Essentially no snow but for the last little perennial bank. | |

| A great snow climb! Greg and I made our own route to the West summit in perfect conditions. Here is a 360 degree panorama from the summit. He ate some of that pink "watermelon" snow that shows up in the spring and summer. I think it's some kind of algae bloom. Anyhow, he ended up getting sick and puking all over as we were driving home. | |
