| We went to explore Kamniske Alpe with my girlfriend just after her final exam on the university. We wanted to stay there several days but the weather had other opinion. After a long hitch-hike from Budapest we arrived to the mountains together with the storm, so we spend the first night in the valley. Next morning the sky was clear, so we walked up from the valley to Planina Dol and proceeded towards Rzenik and Korosica. By the time we reached the hut, Évi was so exhausted that she decided to stay there (originally we wanted to sleep in tent somewhere further). I dropped my backback, and visited Ojstrica. At the same time the clouds started to gather around me so I missed the marked path in the white-out, and after a short scramble I reached the summit ridge west from the peak. Somehow I managed to reach the summit and found again the path. We spent the night in the hut of Korosica and next morning, after examining the sky we started to descend to the valley directly. It was the right choice as the rain started again to fall just as we reached the road again. The other parts of Kamniske Alpe remained unexplored for us. | |

| We reached the summit strait from the Kocbekov Dom at Korošica meadow and descended across eastern ridge towards Mala Ojstrica and back to the hut. Great weather and spectacular views! | |

| Ravno polje(1450m),Planina Podvezak-Inkretov studenec-Molicka Pec-Sedelce-Ojstrica, and back down over Korosica hut-Inkretov studenec-Ravno polje. Nice weather, but too much snow. | |

| I was 6 times on Ojstrica, by all marked routes. I need only to do a ski tour. October 26th, 2006 - From Podvežak and over the SE ridge. October 29th, 2005 - Kopinsek route up, over Skarje notch down. June 26th, 2004 - From Robanov kot (valley) and over SE ridge. August 15th, 1991 - From Kamnisko sedlo over Planjava summit and Skarje notch. October 15th, 1983 - From Kamniska Bistrica over Korosica hut. September 5th, 1973 - Crossing Kamnik Alps we came from Kamnisko sedlo and continued to Velika planina. | |
