| Loved this nice route on good rock with wicked views of the Mont Blanc range. The razor pitch was one of my all time favorite pitches. We missed the last cable car down so had a long, dusty hike back down to Cham. | |

| Beautiful route in this difficulty grade. Axe and crampons were necessary for the approach an the descent. the route took us 5h. The descent took us too long.... 1h30.. We missed the last telepherique at the index and we had to descent the 1500m to Chamonix by foot :_( | |

| Very nice route, if there are no other parties. Higly recommended rock climb for those who haven't that much experience with an alpine climb on the rock. Too bad Mani Puliti doesn't go all the way up to the summit of the Aiguille de la Glière... | |

| S Ridge - Chapelle de la Gliere (400m, 5a A0) -- August 12, 2004 -- Climbed with Philippe Gerschel as our last route together in Chamonix. Lots of very nice climbing. The route took us about 5 hours, although we were waiting behind other parties on almost every pitch. Mani Puliti (150m, 5b) -- June 22, 2005 -- Climbed with Tracy Arienne as an easy day. Pitch 3 (5b) was very nice and the airy traverse on the last pitch was pretty exciting. Something to do for a light day, but nothing spectacular. Nez Rouges (150m, 5b) -- June 22, 2005 -- Climbed with Tracy Arienne on the same day as Mani Puliti. Definitely easier than Mani Puliti and not as nice. | |
