| 10/1/05 - Standard loop over Crystal, Pacific & Atlantic from Mayflower Gulch. 5/30/09 - Intended on climbing Pacific's North Couloir from Mohawk Lakes but found unstable snow conditions. Posthole city and fresh point releases everywhere. Climbed Crystal's south slopes as a consolation prize. Planned on running ridge to Father Dyer and Helen but dark clouds at 9am put a stop to that too. A horrible day. | ||

| Climbed from Mayflower Gulch en route to Pacific and Atlantic. I had to bushwhack a little while crossing Mayflower Creek. I had all three to myself today. Great weather too. | ||

| sarah.simon | With Fr. D from Crystal Lakes, out via Mohawk Lakes ![]() Date Climbed: Aug 2, 2008 | |
| Approached via the lovely Crystal Lake route. Summitted Crystal (three parties from three approaches converged on the summmit at almost the same time). Continued onto Father Dyer. Descended down north slope between Dyer and Helen into Mohawk Lakes. Slope was painfully steep, I don't recommend that return route. Partners: Carol & Deb. | ||

| Crystal clear day on Crystal. A lot more snow on the ridge than I anticipated, but it made for a fun climb. | ||

| Climbed Crystal with a couple of friends. Two of us continued on to Peak 10 and then 9, where the other guy picked us up. A great link-up if you have a friend with a Jeep who doesn't mind driving it. | ||

| JJ | Crystal Lakes Route ![]() Date Climbed: Jun 20, 2007 | |
| Crystal Peak has been on my "list" for a while and I have been holding off for a successful winter ascent, but on a beautiful day when my friend Dan threw the idea up of doing a loop out of Peak 10, Crystal Peak and Father Dyer Peak I could not resist. With a 12pm start and one hell of a hangover, we ascended the S-SE slopes of Peak 10 and then went on to Crystal Peak. We continued on to Father Dyer then descended to the south saddle and glissaded down to the Crystal Lakes valley. Sweet!! | ||

| volda2000 | SW Ridge (Crystal-Pacific-Atlantic) ![]() Date Climbed: Jun 9, 2007 | |
| The first of three peaks for the day. Started from Mayflower Gulch. Combining these three peaks makes for a great tour. Still a fair amount of snow in the area. Besides the wind is was a perfect day! | ||

| TorstenW | After Peak 10 Date Climbed: Aug 21, 2004 | |
| Climbed Peak 10 and saw this peak and the Crystal lakes below. Did the ridge from Peak 10 and decided to descend to the lakes cause it was just getting plain too late to summit and make it back at a decent hour. That means 10pm, not 2-3am the next day. I had gotten to the top of Peak 10 around 4pm, but the beauty of the area was just too captivating to leave right away. Still had to find my way back to town on foot, didn't have a map. | ||

| doumall | Winter Summit: SW Ridge over Mayflower Hill ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 19, 2007 | |
| Avoiding avalanche was the main thought of the day with a considerable to high danger, 6 inches of new snow falling and heavy SW winds. Very deep unconsolidated snow below treeline, ridge running over Mayflower Hill and climbing above all the avy chutes in route made this a long 10 hour day. At one point below treeline, my buddie sank up to his shoulders straight into the snow. The last 1/2 mile of trailbreaking was possibly the most difficult hiking ever for me, and it was downhill!!! | ||
