| I have been to two of the seven Churfirsten summits, the Chäserrugg (7,421 ft.) and the Hinterrugg (7565 ft.) On a very cold December day, my grandfather, cousin and I summitted the two. It was -18 C at the parking lot at the bottom, and with the wind blowing at the top it was probably at least -25 C. | |
