GarfimiFantastic Summit  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Jul 26, 2009

Belknap seemed intimidating but the closer I got the less it became. The summit of Belknap offers the best views of the Tushars. It was a quick and easy climb. Time constraints did not allow me to continue to Baldy.

Date Climbed: Aug 27, 2006

Very interesting terrain and awesome colors every where. Greg and I saw some mountain goats while we were there. Off the summit, we decided to go straight down the face. I stepped onto the loose tiny rocks and just went sliding, like a was skiing on rocks! At the time I was a little scared, but after I thought it was pretty fun. Let's do it again!

WasatchvoyageParadise at 12,000 + feet.  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Aug 5, 2008

Drove from Salt Lake early and reached the summit at 10:30 a.m. Be careful to catch your breath from the sheer beauty of the Tushar Mountain range. This range and summit are a must for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Salt Lake. Also on the summit are shelters dating from the 1880's that triangulation crews sought refuge in. A very, very neat place!

cp0915SE Ridge  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Sep 8, 2007

Got out of Vegas late, but still found time to take a leisurely stroll up this one when we got in. Weather threatened, but never did anything.

Fantastic scenery in this area. Reminds me of parts of Colorado.

Left Salt Lake City on a Friday and camped at Big John Flats, Started out on Saturday at 8:00 am from Beaver Creek Road and made the Summit by 9:00 am, drank some water and continued my trek to Baldy. Had good weather except for the gale force winds along the ridgeline.
