| Did Mummy first from trail canyon, then Charleston, then Griffith. Griffith might have the best views of Vegas. We summited at about 5pm, and wished we could camp there to see the view at night. Maybe next time. | |

| My girlfriend, roommate, and myself went up the south loop for a quick day hike. The aspen's were changing to their fall colors so it was quite pretty. | |

| Did the South loop/ North loop swing with all three peaks. Griffith was a quick and easy detour off the trail. Amazing views of Lost Wages. Loved the forest on the backside of the peak. | |

| Four of us did a two car hike from Harris Springs to Cathedral Rock trailhead. I liked the part of the trail constructed through the cliffs above the pass. The temp in Las Vegas was 107 and around 65 on top of the ridge. We hiked to Harris Mountain and Griffith Peak and it turned out to be a fun day. | |

| Hiked Griffth Peak from North/South Loop, Harris Springs and Rainbow Canyon. Got there on easy single peak hike, 3 peaks, 4 peaks, 5 peaks (Harris, Griffth, Charleston, Mummy & Fletcher), Snowshoe backpacking etc... My best lap to this peak from South Loop Trail Head is 1 hour 37 minutes. | |

| Awesome late spring hike with a friend. Great views from the summit and a relaxing day in the mountains. Cool temps fooled me into a wicked sunburn though, I keep forgetting that just because it's not hot out doesn't mean the sun is not there. | |

| THE SPECIAL THING ABOUT THIS PEAK IS THAT I CAN SEE IT FROM MY HOME. CLIMBED FROM HARRIS SPRINGS ROAD SEVERAL TIMES. FROM THE S LOOP A FEW TIMES. UP ECHO CANYON ON CRAMPONS ONE WINTER. USUALLY AS PART OF A LOOP OVER CHARLESTON STARTING UP TRAIL CANYON. | Stopped at Griffith because I started around noon from the south loop trail and hoped to summit Charleston (my original goal). It worked out the I bagged 2 summits that day--Griffith and Charleston. | |

| Didn't have a route description and there was lots of fresh snow, so I just went straight up towards the peak. As much as waist deep snow to deal with. Coming down was lots of fun. | |

| Came up South Loop with my wife to the meadows and pitched camp, hiked around the base of mountain among Bristlecone in late afternoon, summited @6:00 and headed down back to camp. Hiking Charleston tomorrow with our puppy. | |

| Final peak on an unexpectedly scenic and enjoyable dayhike around the North Loop and South Loop trails, tagging Fletcher, Mummy, Lee, Charleston, and this en route. It would have been nice to continue on to Harris, but I had no exit strategy besides slogging back along the road to my car, so I decided that would have to wait for another time. | |
