| Easy accessed scramble in the summer which will give a great scouting report on Athabasca, just about the most popular Alpine Climb in the Canadian Rockies due to accessibility. In fact I did Nigel a week or two before Althabasca for this reason. I added a trip report, much drier than climbwilds trip giving you two perspectives. There is a dying glacier on the backside, which kind of catches you by surprise, as it is so dry on the Southwest side. Also added my website link for more photos of the dry scramble. Cheers! | |
