| This was definately a cool climb, but I have to admit I was just slightly let down after all the hype I've heard about it. The approach is grueling, but the area has a cool feel to it - we saw nobody in the six days we were there. The exposure on the climb was consistently significant and kept me on my toes. I don't however agree with Roach's comment about it being the best route in his 13er book - Vestal's Wham ridge comes to mind immediately, probably a few others as well. Regardless, a very worthwhile and memorable climb. | |

| Finally knocked this bad-boy off the list. Long awaited climb and it did not disapoint! Roach is dead-on in his description of this mountain and superb route. The ass-pucker factor on this peak is high! | |

| An awesome trip to a remote, rugged area. The route description here is spot on. We also had trouble following Roach's description of the second crux, and we too went over the chockstone (although neither of us went under it!). We encountered a bit more snow than usual, because of the quasi-early season conditions. See the trip report. | |

| An exceptional route on an awesome mountain. The route proved to be everything that is said about it. The pucker factor was high with a rewarding summit. The weather was great. | |
