| Nice little stroll with Lisa on the easy trail from Mt. Umunhum Rd. Before my spinal cord injury I usually hiked up this from the Woods trailhead off Hicks Rd. Good training hike. A couple of pics of me with the halo & forearm crutch are here. Also aided by AFO (ankle-foot orthosis), aka rigid brace on left leg. One day soon I'll be back without the halo, brace, or crutch ... | |
