boisedoclong hike  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Sep 16, 2008

went up Angel's Perch via Moose Lake and Angel Lake. Being too lazy to climb back over the ridge to Moose Lake, I descended below Angel Lake to Fall Creek which was quite a bushwhack. Made for a full day of hiking. Angel Lake may be the most spectacular lake in Idaho. The view from Angel's Perch is quite good- I think Altair may be to most impressive peak from this vantage point.

sprossedaToured upper mountain  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Jul 2, 2008

Approached from Moose Lake. Went up north ridge above Angel Lake and climbed narrow towers to east ridge. Then easy Talus to summit. Spectacular views of Pioneers (full 360 pano). Came down loose, steep north face to benches, talus, snow, back to Moose Lake. Awesome!

brendonRoute Climbed: Wildhorse side Date Climbed: Sept 25, 2004  Sucess!

Climbed with a large group at the IdahoSummits.com Fall outing. This route was a suggestion by Tom Lopez who said that there weren't any documented ascents. Fresh snow but beautiful weather. This was my first trip to the Pioneers but I was impressed.
