| have climbed many routes on the first, second, third, flying flatiron, first flatironette, red devil, front porch, backporch(rough lead) dinosaur and seal rocks in the past months. i'm really looking forward to getting out on the fatiron, the maiden, devil's thumb, matron and others! leading at 5.7 and following 5.8 nowadays. very excited to see what's next on these rocks! jamie | |

| Date Climbed: Aug 18, 2008 Came back with fellow Memphis Mountaineers (Sam & Paul) and climbed Baker's Way, rapped off, hiked to the SW Face and climbed it to the summit. Sort of a "Flatiron Spiral Rotue"... Lots of nice easy climbing. | |

| Really fun climb with Mary as part of our road trip in 2007. We got an early start, expecting that the route would take much longer than it did. We ended up reaching the top in just 1.5 hours, climbing the route in 5 pitches. I couldn't believe how featured and solid the rock was. The route would definitely make an excellent solo. | |

| Highlight of my many days in the flatirons was climbing the east faces of all 3 flatirons in 6 hours - simul on 1 and 2, then tandem freesolo on #3. Recommended! | |

| me and another gal did a bunch of fun climbs here. didn't use a guide and enjoyed the unknown. someone on the top said we did a first ascent, when I described the route we took. whatever, we just wanted to get an april tan. | |

| Rocky Alps | First & Second Flatirons Hike Date Climbed: Aug 7, 2005 | |
| I was sad to be leaving Colorado in a week, so after a grueling hike up Holy Cross the day before, I decided to get in one more hike on something easier. We hiked up the standard trail between the 1st and 2nd flatirons, but weren't able to get to top of either one because we didn't have any climbing equipment with us. | |

| Climbed the first pitch of Baker's Way. After wandering around above thebelay, I could not find the second part of the route. We bailed off and went around to climb the two pitch SW Ridge. It was a nice easy climb! Edit: Instead of the first pitch of Baker's, I'm now thinking that I climbed the first 1-2 pitches of Kamakazi Roofs...?! | |

| Most recently I climbed the Third on a windless sunny fall day with spring like temps. Did not see another sole until we were about halfway up. Only saw two others the entire time. Finished with the Greeman's Crack which was very interesting. | |
