The ChiefErebus, Castle Rock, The Tongue, Cape Ross, Taylor & Wright Valleys, Mt. Discovery, Mt. Lister and Mt. Poedtke and many others as part of the '82-83 USGS SATMAP Project and other Research Projects between the years '79-85!  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Oct 20, 1979

OH...the best days of my LIFE!!! 79-84, VXE-6 HELOS, PARA-RESCUE and SURVIVAL SCHOOL INST. CLIMBED and CLIMBED and CLIMBED. SO MANY FA's that we stop counting! The ICE!!! The vertical ice of Taylor, Blue, Commonwealth and so many other glacier's, is indescrible styrofoam and sooooo blue! WOW!!!!! How previlaged I was...thank you Ernest for inspiring me to quit life as most live it and join the US NAVY so I could become one of the very very very few to play in this most perfect world! And, have a peak named after me...located 1/2 mile to the west of Mt. Discovery!
