| Took the Soda Creek Rd. to PCT route. Great hike and conversation with Ken (the NFS firewatchmen). Excellent views into the Shasta Valley. Closer to the Cal/Or border and Pilot Rock than I thought. | |

| Drove over and hiked this one after Pilot Rock. Interesting area, well worth the hike. Great views in all directions. Vandals had broken most of the windows in the look out.....rednecks favorite past time? | |

| Climbed this peak with my wife in snowshoes. The weather was absolutely wonderful. When we reached the summit, the weather started to change and clouds were blowing in very quickly at this point. We quickly headed back to the car. By the time we reached it the wind had picked up and it started to snow. A great destination for any season. | |
