| The path to Cathedral Rock has been wiped out by an avalanche and is still under snow as of time of this writing. However, one can walk up the snow and find the path if they know where to look. | |

| took the standard trail that criss crosses teh avalanche chute. went up a couple of times this last year, once in may which involved climbing over some large chilly patches of snow and ice. | |

| I've hiked this one several times. This is a short hike but a nice view of the canyon from up top. Be sure to stop and visit the waterfall in the springtime. Just before the trail switches back heading toward the summit there's a little trail heading off to the left that'll take you right to the waterfall. | |
