| approach is lush with marmots a plenty, glacier is mellow and finish is a pleasure, especially with family and friends | |

| Fog early in the morning broke to partly cloudy skies, beautiful approach, lots of wildlife, classic cascade hike. Few crevasses on the glacier, but posed no danger. Summit rock was a fun scramble, with windows opening up offering us fantastic views. Made it in one long day. | |

| With my pal Jeff Smoot. A fun day trip despite cloudy views on the summit. We saw goats, deer and marmots. We didn't take a rope, just scrambled the summit block. | |
