| Great route done solo, didn't meet anyone until the final summit climb. Hiking up to Luknja in the early morning with the mountain goats, a little via ferrata, then lots and lots of scrambling. Some ridge traversing, and finally cruising the plateau before the actual summit. My first climb in Slovenia, I'll be back for more! | |

| From/to Aljazev Dom along the Vrata Valley. Miserable weather on the way up. High winds after Luknja pass. Spent most of the time in the clouds. Nevertheless, big crowds. Met the other half of our party near the summit, who ascended via Prag. Slept in the attic of Dom Valentina Stanica with everybody shouting below in the evening and in the morning. Better views on the way down, but Tominskov pot was brutal for the knees and quite slippery in the rain. Might try again in the winter. | |
