the notch to summit
is the more commiting portion... at least with snow. Though a Marmot was on the summit and "chimayed" down the 5.11ish marmot crack on the sheer east face below and south of the notch.

wind and hail-filled chimney

fun 5.0 climb up the chimney through the hail and wind. memorable experience on a sweet 5th-class peak; what a great birthday weekend!
