| Climbed with Tom and Lieven. We took a long time in the route, due to route finding problems and the fact that we were climbing with three. Summited a little before 4pm (way too late). Stayed on top only 5 min. and started the challenging, really alpine descent. The scree slope from the scharte is a pain... back at our car at 8pm when the sun was setting... | |

| Great climb with Daniel Arndt. We took 5 hours and 15 minutes, reaching the summit at 2:45. The descent down the normal way took some time, especially on the easy lower section which was festooned with snow and (worse) ice. We made some extra rappels, and then were descending the Funffingerscharte at dusk. | |
