| Sure the others are shorter, but this trail is the best. Great way to get up the mountain. | |

| A roommate and I woke up at 5:45 AM to try to reach Lone Peak. We chose this day because the forecast called for low 60's and a small chance of rain. Well, that small chance of rain turned into a regular rainstorm, complete with clouds covering the entire upper half of the mountain. We turned back at ~8000 feet. Sadly, there won't be another chance for me to hike this until next year maybe? | |
