agree with previous posters that Great Cleft Route sounds much more intimidating on paper... surprised at how great the hand holds were, and how much fun the ascent was. went to Bishops Cap after Pollock.

The Great Cleft Route sounds intimidating on paper but was actually much easier than I anticipated. IMHO the hardest part of the climb was ascending the cliffs to get to the Great Cleft. Summitted with Cougar14 and Kitty on an absolutely beautiful day in Glacier. Here's a tip...DO NOT take a large backpack!!

Ascended and descended this fun route with Rebelgrizz and JFK. One of the most beautiful days up at Logan Pass I had seen all year.

Started out a beautiful day climbing with the OTHG. Upon arrival at the summit snow and high winds forced us off. When arriving at the saddle between Pollock and Piegan the wind literally lifted me off the mountain for a brief moment. scrapped plan to do Piegan and headed down to Lunch Creek.
