| We used a 30m rope for the climb. We brought a second just in case. But it turns out a 30m is enough for the rappels. So save some weight and bring the 30m. Great views. Fun climbing. There appears to be a fantastic arete dropping north off of the lower Guert's Ridge. I'll have to make it back next summer. | |

| Climbed with Joseph and Shelley Bullough and Robert Koch on a beautiful, hot day. This was Gristle's 100th time on top of Oly. I added some images. | |

| The only real need for ropes is the rappels, but this was a fun route and I hope to do more on olympus i.e. West slabes, great chimney, kamps ridge | |
