| climbed the frig with mike, milburn and steve. a mellow beginning(~40 degrees) led to steeper climbing has we got higher. the two cruxes, 7-10 foot steep walls were awesome! the descent wasn't as enjoyable. don't bother with the traverse to north apostle until some melt off occurs. jamie | |

| Climbed May 30 with shanahan96, asphazell and altitude14er. Great snow conditions in the couloirs, not so much on the standard route. Jamie and I ended up descending the standard route in a mix of snow and semi-loose rock. Below the crux it was all snow all the way back to the fridge and seeing as the snow was steady and our pace was good, we just kept going this way down. The standard route is going to be pretty sketchy for a little while longer until it gets a chance to melt out. | |

| As far as couloirs go, most are basically the same. But this guy rocked! Started off steep from the get-go and never really relented. The constriction really made you feel part of the mountain. And the steeper finish was perfect. Great snow! | |

| The Refrigerator ranks among my favorite Colorado couloir climbs to date. Cool setting, consistently steep snow, and a nice finish. We saw absolutely zero rockfall (topped out at 9am and couloir was still shaded). The descent via the standard route was fun scrambling. Visited North Apostle before heading down. | |

| Started at around 5am and climbed the Couloir successfully without any rock fall. The top of the couloir has a very steep section that was fun to use two ice tools for added stability. After reaching the summit of Ice we then made the traverse to North Apostle. | |
