| Foggy and very wet...the thick brush was covered in dew so it was like climbing in a rain storm. The route is pretty straightforward once you're sure you're on the right ridge to start. A few spots had some good exposure, but there were always good handholds so it was never too bad. A fun and interesting alternative to the main trail. | |

| We got a late start and it ended up getting dark on us less then half way up. On top of the darkness it was rainy and windy. We had 2 headlamps between the 3 of us but were able to make it to the top without much grief. | |
