| Started from the tioga entrance station (0900) and headed toward the dana gibbs saddle? Summitted a choss pile thinking it was Dana (1030) and headed toward the south slope of Dana from the saddle. Headed east to northeast over tedious tallus, catching a parts of a trail, with sections covered with snow from the previous weeks storm. Summitted from NE side with beautiful views (1330). Descended the NE slope and followed the NE/W slope trail back to trailhead (1730). 7.5 hours car to car. Register is missing. |
