| Been up more mountains in the Sawatch than I care to admit. Big, bulky and easy range. Easy access too. Nothing particular amazing about the range but Ice Mountain (Three Apostles) is/are amazing. Holy Cross is sweet too. Huge elevation gains for these peaks. | |

| Sawatch Range was nice introduction to Colorado mountains for me, after finishing all 14ers in range goal is to do some 13ers, looking forward for this summer and fall. | |

| Did some exploring/climbing/scrambling up here and camped on a 5'x5' flat area on the side of a mountain. Made for an uncomfortable and mostly sleepless night but we had amazing views of an intense meteor shower that just happened to occur while we were there. | |
