| This year it was my turn to be the "support crew" for a Badwater-to-Telescope group, so I was to meet them at the 9900' climbout. I took the time for quick trips over Bennett and Rogers. Little did I know that interesting part of the day was just starting. I ended up dropping down to 7200' to deliver supplies. We got back to 9900' at sunset, and just turned right without hitting the Telescope summit; in short order it was quite dark. The other folks made 26.5 miles and 10400' elevation that day. So I guess I'm a guy who did Bennett and Rogers WITHOUT Telescope. | |

| Very Windy and cold day. Great views of the Sierras, Death Valley, the Spring Mountains, and much more. Bagged Bennett and Rogers on the way back from Telescope and saw an almost Full Moon on the way down from Rogers. | |

| for some reason I left the trail to go up rogers BEFORE I reached the saddle. the class three scramble took me forty minutes to gain the summit. to my dismay, the walk down the road that lets you cut across the meadow back to the saddle took about three minutes. bennett gave me much less heartache as I crossed from south to north after bagging telescope. | |

| We climbed wildrose, and rogers and bennett one day and stayed at the campground up there. Hardly any other folks around. | |
