| With Flanders after tagging Frissell. Had to pay attention on the hike to the ground to avoid all the red spotted newts on the trail. No views up top but had a nice snack in the cabin there which appears to be in the process of being repaired in spots. | |

| Climbed via the Alander Brook Trail from the Under Mountain Road. Another pleasant dayhike in the Litchfield Hills. Good views of the Berkshires and of the Husdon Valley. Resembles a Southern Appalachian Bald more than a typical New England summit. | |

| Have summitted multiple times. Easy and beautiful each time. Great hike to take the family on, especially young kids. To make the hike a little harder include Frissel and Bash Bish falls for an extended-all day loop hike. | |
