Climbed Morris, Jenkins and Owens from Walker Pass. Started in whiteout conditions after a spring storm had passed through the night before. It cleared up quickly to become a beautiful day.
Tagged this one, Jenkins, and Owens out of Walker Pass with Bob. As he says, nothing remotely exciting or memorable, but a pleasant enough way of idling away a fall day.
Hiked it during a narrow weather window between a series of cold winter storms. Surprisingly little snow (only a couple in windblown inches on the trail on north aspects). Cold, though; 15F on the summit at 9:30 am. Windy, too. Didn't see another soul the whole time. An enjoyable walk.
