| Day started out clear but cold. By the time we got off the Gondola it had just started snowing again. By the time we got to the top of Easy Gully to down climb, the wind had picked up and it was snowing heavily. Avalanche conditions were ripe at the bottom of Easy Gully, so we didn't hang around. The Web was in great condition so climbing was good, although we were frequently ice bombed by debris cut loose by the party above. By the finish, the snow storm had become a full scale blizzard so we got straight off the mountain. Cold, windy but wonderful day. |
