StumblingBearNice Place
Date Climbed: Sep 22, 1988

Was there before the ice but it did rain all night at the campground and snowed later that day, a good snow at that. We got to the canyon early and there were few people around,it was nice.

Beautiful walk to the falls. Spent the day there doing many pitches. We were lucky, pretty much had the place to ourselves that day.

Hiked to Inkpots day I landed, early evening after crowds hadthinned. This was my introductin to Canadian Rockies. Wow. Don't do this middle of day though - came here a few years later and could not even park - which was probably a good thing.

I did this hike one evening when I was working in Jasper last summer. It was crowded but still well worth it in my opinion.

Should've had crampons. It's hard to walk on ice. The falls were gorgeous.

I explored this canyon 4 or 5 summers ago. Very pretty - beautiful falls. Crowded.
