| Part of a two-month trek along the high Pyrenees, ticking off summits and easy climbs along the way. I remember it being a lovely viewpoint, and very easily climbed. | |

| A heavy (and surprising) July snowfall stopped us at the Refugio de la Restanca. We were coming up from Valartíes, in the valley of Arán. | |

| Walked up in a very good rythm with two other friends. We departed from Ref. de Ventosa i Calvell. Excellent weather. Very good snow conditions till midday. We did not use crampons for the whole excursion since the boots made 'prints'on the snow from early in the morning. | |
