| climbed the east face with jamie. we had an enjoyable climb with the snow getting no steeper than 40-42 degrees. unfortunately, the face has overhardened(?) from repeated avalanching making kickstepping completely miserable. might want to avoid one until next spring....try it around may 20th! jamie | |
