Little_MoleStrange looks downwards  Sucess!

By the time I was at the Buchstein the Tegernseer Hut was renovated and the lavatories where "outsourced" to a windy place near the hut - and right under the start of the summit scramble. So when I climb to the summit I always have two possiblities: reaching the summit or falling into the lavatories ...

But nevertheless it is a very fine and exciting mountain!

Hiked up before work for a great view. The place was completely empty. Beautiful valleys in the morning sun. Back down to the car for a < 3 hour round trip. Alas...off to the salt mine!

Next time I'm coming for the 5.10 4 pitch sport climb to the summit! :p

An hour and 15 minutes from the car at Bayerwald. Really enjoyable little klettersteig on the side of Roßstein, then fun summit scramble. The weather wasn't great, but I enjoyed the local views of forested hills.
