| I walked down and back up this canyon while Dad stayed back at the camp. Very fun alternative to the now crowded Little Wild Horse area. | |

| We used our three day weekend to to do some exploring of the Swell. After a hike of Bell and Wildhorse the previous day we tackled these two canyons. The crossover between the canyons is not obvious, and we ended up handlining down 30 ft to get into Crack Canyon. Crack is definitely the more interesting of the two canyons and we had almost decided to wade a section of very cold water, before we found an alternate route. The two canyons together make for a fun day with some route-finding challenges. Great adventure! | |

| I made the mistake of hiking Crack Canyon first so this was kind of a let down. Still some impressive scenery though. | |

| This is one of the easiest hikes in the San Rafael Swell. It is a nice canyon that almost everyone can do. It can be combined with Crack Canyon but the cross-country terrain between the two canyons is not hiker friendly so most people do them separately. | |
