| The first time i climbed Double top was for a scout outing. Actually all three times were for scout related trips. The funnest one was a 35 mile hike from Tony Grove to Bloomington Lake. Doubletop was the high point of the trip along the ridge. A beautiful mountain with a great view! Be prepared for wind at the top! | |

| I climbed Doubletop Mountain a few days after a big snowstorm. The road to the trailhead was wet and muddy but I still made it. I became interested in climbing the mountain after hearing my dad tell me stories about how he remembered seeing it when he was a kid. It is one of my favorite mountain climbs in the Bear River Range. There are great views from both summits. | |
