| Climbed the Riscos trail from Buenavista del Norte (sea level) and sidestepped on Roque el Toscon. Headed for Teno village and afterwards for the Baracan west ridge. After Baracan headed on to Tabaiba pass, then returned the way we came. Long tour but enloyable thanks to the great panoramic Baracan ridges. | |

| A surprisingly delightful if not short jaunt up a minor high-point along this ridge. Hiked the ridge most of the way past Baracan down to the shore. Some good views of La Portela and Buenavista del Norte from the summit. | |
