| Climbed via the Dorset Hollow Trail from Dorset. A brutally hot and humid day. What few views we had were dull and hazy. If that wasn't enough there were tons of black flies out this time of year. Despite this we still had a good time. But we were a little confused to find a old rotted-out grill on South Peak. | |

| There aren't many peaks in Vermont named after great running backs. This one is the finest. Beautiful day, and despite it being the first day of rifle season, we heard nary a shot during the entire hike. | |
