| Sabrina, ol and I climbed pic and aiguille BADET on our way (and return from) to pic Long. Also climbed via "old" normal route (glacier de Pays Bâché) and North Face D- with my father, my Brother, pascal and Marmiton in the 90's | ||

| We returned to the Pic Long and we tried another route. We climbed the peaks Maou and Badet and we attacked the ridge SE of Pic Long. The area near of Aiguille Badet is a bad terrain exposed very cracked but, before and after of this stepcrossing, it was very spectacullar, a beautiful ridge to the Pic Long. Nice day with great landscape. At last at the summit of Pic Long! | |

| After a long route to the glacier of Pays Baché from Cap de Long we tried the chimney to Hourquette de Pic Long. The snow was very up in last days of june and we evitated the first rocky section in a ramp of 40º in snow (crampons and ice-axe very usefulls). The first meters of the chimney (III+) was very hard for us and we desisted (very vertical, a lot of free stones, cracked area, risk of fall of stones...). We climbed the peak Maubic before the return to trailhead. | |
