| Tagged this inconsequential peak after Shields. Great view and place to sit in the sun..until the clouds rolled in of course. Karma - I took a beautiful rock to give to a friend, shoved it in bottom of pack, ran most of the way for a few minutes until my legs kept getting wet. I knew I wasn't peeing on myself. I'll be damned! My camelback hose disconnected and filled my pack, ruined food, soaked my clothes, the rock was fine. Really sucked trotting out in soaked shorts with no food or water for 3 hours! stupid rock!! | |

| A loop starting and ending at the Momyer Trailhead. Up Momyer via Fall Creek Trail to Dollar Lake Saddle, then traversed to the San Bernardino East Peak Trail with side trips to Alto Diablo, Shields, and Anderson along the way. About 21 miles/7000' gain. | |

| Went up the Forsee Creek Trail and did a big loop including 5 peaks; Anderson, S.B., S.B. East, Shields and Alto Diablo. Perfect time of year for this hike with temps. in the 50s. About 22 miles total. | |

| Tagged this one with Ol' Walsher after hiking up and setting up camp at High Meadow Spring Trail Camp. We knocked out Gorgonio, Jepson, Charlton and Little Charlton the next day before heading home. | |

| Climbed Forsee Creek trail to Shields, then went on to Alto Diablo for some Cinco de Mayo cervezas. Traversed to Dollar Lake Saddle, then took Momyer Creek trail down. Chilly weather, but scenic terrain. | |

| Spent the night at High Meadow Spring Trail Camp, did Alto Diablo after dinner and then continued to knock out 4 peaks the next day including Ol' Greyback. It was windy and cold and coming up from the inland empire to High Meadow Spring Trail Camp just about killed me because of no acclimatization. Not much for water either.....kind of a gut wrenching trip! | |

| Left the South Fork Trailhead @ 530pm, meeting King Riddler at Red Rock Flats, a camp up at 10k. I arrived at camp at 1030 and Beefheart got there blazingly fast, hitting trail at 745pm and arriving at our camp at 1130pm!!! Summited the next morning. | |
