| Perfectly summed up in the overview, this is a good all rounder something for everyone. For a variation on the theme we extended the route to include the Devil's Kitchen on a couple of occasions. | |

| Did the route on a sunny and unseasonably warm day in April, and was treated to amazing views across the whole of Snowdonia. On the way back to the car we stopped to have a swim in Llyn Bochlwyd. This was not unseasonably warm, but very, very cold. | |
