| With Fred. A very beautiful day with great views. We did Henry and back rather than the whole traverse to Apistoki. 10 hours car to car - we were intentionally leisurely. | |

| 12 hour hike/climb with my dad. We checked out scenic point, Medicine, Henry, and while my dad took a break, I hiked up Appistoki. It was a fun day with great views. | |

| August 13, 2006 Climbed with my good buddy Brooks. Earlier in the year would have been better as the flowers on the route were dried up. June 15, 2009 Summited with Vantana and montanarendonk. As well as Angela. Great day climb but got bumped off the mountain due to threatening weather. We were not able to summit Appistoki due to thunder storms. The snow in the valley below Henry made for a fast descent along Appistoki Creek drainage. | |
