Red Cathedral is a perfect backdrop. Great at sunset. Death Valley is amazing.

From Zabriskie Point we did a loop hike down Golden Canyon and up Gower Gulch. Golden Canyon seems to be the more popular of the two canyons.

Bob SihlerMany Times  Sucess!

First time was back in 1996, my first hiking in the West. I've been up Manly Beacon three times, Red Cathedral twice, some unnamed formations, and through both canyons as well as some of the side canyons. Beautiful place, always something new to discover.

Many years ago, I dropped down from Zabriskie Point and explored this area. Great stuff.

lisaeBeautiful Place!

We enjoyed this canyon & exploring the side canyons. I was nervous watching Geoff scramble on some of the rock, er congealed mud, but he enjoyed it. Hiking there was like walking through geoloical time.
