| Started from right before the huge boulders on 3N43 (huge boulders in the middle of the road that is). Saw some poor unfortunate 4x4ers who had totally destroyed the tierod on their Jeep and were stuck out there. Fortunately they had another vehicle, but it was probably hell getting that Jeep out of there. | ||

| Really nice hike through great flora. The views of the Mojave ranked high in my mind. Ran into a pair of rattlesnakes having sex on the way down. This is about the highest I have ever come across them. | |
